Maintenance & Refilling Schedule
Monthly visual inspection for damage, corrosion, paint, or obstruction. Annual comprehensive inspection by qualified technician. Replace any sprinkler head showing signs of corrosion, loading, or damage. Replace all sprinkler heads at 20 years for standard and 10 years for quick-response types. Spare head cabinet with minimum 6 spare heads required on-site.
